No action is required. Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster.

We’re deeply saddened by the unavoidable cancellation of this Friday’s show at Anita's Theatre. 
We had such a magnificent performance prepared for you. We truly believed Wollongong was the perfect place to celebrate the music of INXS and the life of Michael Hutchence on the anniversary of his tragic passing, but it’s not to be. 😔 
Unfortunately, the show can’t possibly go ahead. 
To those wonderful humans who purchased tickets, thank you and we sincerely apologise. You guys keep this show afloat. We will never under value your support and will never take you for granted. Please understand this decision was an incredibly difficult one to make and was not done lightly. 
The ticketing agent used for this event will coordinate full refunds for all ticket holders. 
We hope to see you all again some day.
